One of the main new features is myWaste Help, a chatbot integrated into the Generator module. It allows users to clarify questions about features, workflows, and processes directly within the platform, without the need to open tickets or interrupt operations.

Supplier approval with greater security
Supplier management has also received an important upgrade. The Generator module now includes:

Designed for more complex operations, such as hospitals and large institutions, the Generator module now allows waste entry by asset code.

myWaste goes beyond waste management and now also offers an environmental control module, enabling monitoring of water and energy consumption.
This delivery expands the company’s environmental view by centralizing key data in a single system. Soon, the module will also include dedicated dashboards, further simplifying analysis and decision-making.
